  • 1 fresh lemon

  • 8-12 oz. of warm water (not boiling)


Instructions


  1. Roll & Cut the Lemon: Roll the lemon around real good to loosen up the fibers. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a cup. I prefer fresh lemons for the best flavor and bio available nutrients.

  2. Add Warm Water: Pour warm water into the cup over the lemon juice. Ensure the water is warm, not boiling, as high temperatures can destroy some of the beneficial properties of the lemon.


  3. Stir and Enjoy: Gently stir and enjoy your warm lemon water first thing in the morning. I take a moment to breathe deeply and set my intentions for the day while sipping.
